Sports have always played an important role in my life since childhood.
I started going to aerobics classes during my high school years then I fell in love with bootcamp and crossfit training. After my knee injury, I got interested and involved in fitness and bodybuilding. That was when I decided to work as a personal trainer so as to be able to help those who would like their body transformed or just want to start/restart doing sports.
I feel it is rather important to make others love exercising and so I try to give my clients effective trainings where positive atmosphere is just as important as exercising. I have been a personal trainer for nearly 4 years now. I am a qualified fitness instructor, personal trainer and sports nutritionist; all courses were finished at IWI. Of course, I find diet one of the most vital parts of leading a healthy life.
I usually go to other classes / trainings, eg.:Trx, Bosu, Cross training, so that I can provide my clients with a wide range of exercises during our sessions. I keep improving my fitness knowledge all the time, for instance now I am learning about spinal training and stretching in order to help others prevent any future problems.
As a mother, I understand how difficult it is to return to active sports life and to get our form back after pregnancy but still I truly believe having a baby does not necessarily mean giving up exercising. Thus, of course, you and your baby /babies are welcome to join our trainings at E-Fit Studio&Showroom.
