The structure of training

 

  • We offer 1 isotonic drink before the Electro Fitness training, which compensates for the loss of fluid during training and provides energy as well.
  • The training requires a cotton underclothes, which is provided by the studio to its guests. Underclothes can be purchased on request.
  • Before workout, the surfaces of the electrodes are damped with water to ensure the proper pulse flow.
  • Apply the E-Fit technical wear and connect it to the device.
  • Always start training with warm-up exercises, and then the trainer selects the adequate training program for your goals.
  • The 20-minute trainings including versatile workouts are done with the maximum care of the assisting personal trainer.
  • At the end of the training session do stretching exercises, and we also recommend protein shake consumption for better muscle development.
  • It is practical to plan about 45 minutes for the training which includes the time spent changing clothes!
